Intellectual property

The office provides counsel, drafting and representation in matters of copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial designs and models, as well as in disputes concerning the infringement of intellectual property rights. Services include the registration and protection of rights with OSIM (the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks) and at European level.
